Summary

EYFS Practitioner – Part-Time (Selly Oak)

We are proud to be working with an Outstanding Ofsted-rated Pre-School in Selly Oak, where we’ve supported their staffing needs for over 4 years. This warm, welcoming, and community-focused nursery is now looking for a passionate EYFS Practitioner to join their dedicated team in the 2-year-old room.

This part-time role (Monday–Wednesday, 8:45am–3:15pm) offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with your own group of key children and could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.

This Pre-School has a genuine family feel – the staff are friendly, down-to-earth, and always make new team members feel valued from day one. With a strong commitment to providing the very best start for their children, they are looking for someone who shares that same passion.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience in an EYFS setting


  • Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare/EYFS (or above)


  • Strong initiative and a proactive approach


  • A kind, caring, and nurturing nature


  • A genuine passion for making a difference in children’s lives


  • A hard-working attitude and dedication to the role
