Summary
Our client based in Peterborough, are recruiting for a ER and Compliance Manager on an initial 3-month fixed term contract, with potiential to extend or be made permanent. This role will be on-site 5 days a week.
As the ER and Complaince Manager, you will lead and manage the organisation's formal employee relations matters ensuring compliance with employment law, and providing expert advice, case management, and policy maintenance and development to ensure fair, legally compliant, and effective employment-related practices. The role supports leaders, managers and HR colleagues in resolving complex employment issues, reducing legal risk and helping to foster a climate of positive employee relations that are aligned with the organisation's values and statutory obligations.

- Be immediately available or on an short notice period.
- Have strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and regulatory frameworks.
- Possess excellent knowledge of statutory requirements and pre-employment processes.
- Have strong working knowledge of tribunal risk assessments and mitigation.
