Summary
Our client, based in Peterborough, is looking for an experienced Stores / Workshop Assistant to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week between 7:30am – 5:00pm (some flexibility required)
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced stores or parts environment, and who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities for the Stores / Workshop Assistant:
• Receiving and dispatching goods
• Allocating parts to stores and picking parts for orders
• Packaging and sending goods to customers
• Managing parts returns and liaising with suppliers
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Maintain/update SAP

Requirements to be considered for the Stores / Workshop Assistant
• Immediate availability or notice period of no more than one week
• Previous experience in a stores, stock control, or parts environment
• Confident working independently and managing a busy workload
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with SAP systems (desirable, not essential)
