“In 2016 I completed a six month return to practice placement with Wiltshire Council having not worked in Social Work for over 10 years. Following the placement I successfully applied for a Social Work position in the Hearing and Vision Team. The decision to undertake the placement has proved positive for me and allowed me to continue to work in a profession that, although at times stressful, I find fulfilling and rewarding”
