Summary
A Solicitors practice in the Spalding area is looking to recruit an additional residential conveyancer to their thriving and growing team.
The successful candidate for this position will be an experienced property lawyer with experience of dealing with the broad range of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgage matters. Experience in Leap conveyancing software would be beneficial.
The firm will consider qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers as well as experienced but unqualified conveyancing executives,
Joining a small team you can expect to become a key member of the department from day 1. There is support within the department from a capable and experienced assistant team.
Although the team is thriving at the moment this is a firm that prioritises quality over quantity. Caseload sizes are managed and kept constantly under review to ensure a top level of service is provided to all the firms clients, ensuring their top rate reputation in property work is maintained.
The firm will pay a good salary (based on experience) and will offer a generous bonus scheme based on billing performance.
Hybrid working is available for those seeking a split between office and remote working.
