Summary
Duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services.
Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to generate interest and secure appointments.
Maintain accurate records of calls made and customer interactions using a CRM software.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous customer interactions.
Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls made and appointments set.
Experience
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn
Proficiency in using software applications, , for tracking customer interactions is advantageous.
Ability to engage customers effectively over the phone and build rapport quickly.
A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude towards achieving sales goals.
