Crynodeb
We are a friendly and forward-thinking PCN spanning over Bracknell, Crowthorne and Sandhurst. With a large GP team and extensive clinical team, we aim to deliver excellence and innovation in primary care. There is a strong ethos on education as well as on supporting one another, with each salaried having a GP Partner as a mentor. We provide educational and clinical meetings several times a month (including one full afternoon per month practice closure for protected teaching session) and train GP STs and FY doctors, medical students, nursing students, pharmacy students and physician associate students. We are highly active within our ICS and Federation, with a number of clinical lead positions being held within the ICB. The PCN is highly innovative having delivered a number of exciting projects already, including a Cancer Quality Care Project and a Dermatology Drive-Through Service which has received national recognition for our patients.
