Contract: Part Time Salary: £12.48 Per Hour Shift Type: Days Contracted hours: 26.25Manor Grange Care Home is a purpose built luxury care service located in the village of Pinkhill. With accommodation for up to 83 residents, our warm and welcoming home offers outstanding Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite Care.
We are now looking for a compassionate Receptionist to join our dedicated team. This is an opportunity to work in a supportive and values led environment where the focus is on delivering exceptional service and making a meaningful difference every day.

What You Will Do
As Receptionist you will be the welcoming face of the home, greeting residents, visitors and professionals with warmth and professionalism. You will answer and manage incoming calls and emails, sort and distribute post, and provide essential administrative and secretarial support to the Home Manager and wider team. You will maintain accurate records and update resident information as required, manage general filing and photocopying to keep office operations running smoothly, and ensure the reception area is tidy and well presented. You will work in line with company policies and support the team by carrying out any reasonable duties requested by the manager to help the home run effectively.
