Summary
We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to join our growing IT solutions team, working on innovative projects that power healthcare and research excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAS experts, analysts, and testers.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Java Developer (4+ years preferred).
Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and object-oriented programming.
Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, or similar.
Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or SAS-related projects.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
