Nursery Room Leader – Level 3 | Up to £31,500 | Full-Time, All Year Round


Our client, a modern and bright nursery with a Good Ofsted rating, is looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) to join their friendly, dedicated team. Working full-time, all year round, this is an opportunity to inspire young minds in a bright, spacious setting with a free-flow garden that encourages outdoor learning and play.


As the Nursery Room Leader, you will play a key role in leading a team, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for early years education, excellent leadership skills, and the drive to help every child reach their potential.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – essential.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within an early years setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A caring, positive, and proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team within your room to deliver exceptional care and education.
  • Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s learning and development.
  • Ensure high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety at all times.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to planning and observations in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Support and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and positive working atmosphere.
