Are you looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same? We’re currently recruiting for a Banksman / Traffic Marshall to join a leading Palletised Freight Distributor in Bilston, Wolverhampton.

This is a 12-week temp-to-perm role – ideal if you’re looking for long-term stability and a team that truly values what you bring to the table.
The role will be working Monday to Friday, 20:00 till 02:00 (Night Shift) paying £12.96 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up, maintain, and remove temporary traffic management systems
• Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely around work sites
• Ensure health & safety procedures are always followed
• Report incidents or issues to supervisors in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with the team and the public
Requirements:
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Previous experience is a bonus, but not essential – training can be provided
