We have an exciting new opportunity as part of our Vision 2030 growth plans for a national Operational Lead to join our Asset
Management team. The experienced Partner will be responsible for driving the operational delivery of large national diverse
portfolios across multiple existing clients whilst also developing new business. The team is made up of 80 Asset Managers,
technical leads and support staff who work across the country supporting clients such as HS2, National Highways and East West Rail
with an exceptional level of service. The role requires someone with ambition, property management experience and industry
knowledge who can shape the direction of our delivery.

The role can be based in our Birmingham office, which is central to transport links and amenities. However, due to the national
element, we are open to office location. Travel will be required across our sites, regularly.

Main tasks:

* Work in collaboration with Head of Asset Management and Head of Operations to raise technical standards of asset management
delivery.
* Be accountable for technical standards, compliance and legislation
* Drive delivery against SLAs/KPIs and have accountability for overall performance and quality.
* Work in partnership with Client teams to ensure delivery and control of budgets.
* Embrace and implement innovation.
* Develop new business.
* Assist with new contract mobilisations.
* Produce resource, scope and cost estimates to support commercial tender opportunities.
* Provides sound advice and effective management for a wide range of property industry and private clients.
* Accountability of financial performance and profitability of asset management contracts



What will it take to be successful?

You will be MRICS qualified with significant experience across property & asset management. You will have a track record of
developing and maintaining client relationships as well as managing multiple portfolios across different sites. You will have the
ability to lead and deliver, identify new opportunities and initiatives to contribute to team and business growth. This role
requires ambition and industry knowledge with the ability to communicate across all levels. Finally, due to being a national role,
travel is essential and a full clean driving licence will be required.
