Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded nursery in Pinner for a passionate and skilled Room Leader to oversee the Under 2’s room.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the baby room team
• Deliver high-quality care and activities tailored to infants
• Ensure compliance with EYFS and health & safety standards
• Build warm and professional relationships with families
Requirements:
• Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher
• Experience working with babies in a nursery setting
• Understanding of the EYFS and child development in the early stages
• Strong leadership and communication skills
