Position: Trainee Telecoms Engineer
Salary: Paid per job completed – the more you achieve, the more you earn!
Hours: Full-time
What We’re Looking For
A practical mindset and willingness to work with tools.
Previous hands-on experience (construction, maintenance, landscaping, or similar) is a plus but not essential – we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
A strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
A full UK manual driving licence (held for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 penalty points).

Using tools to complete high-quality installations (training provided).
Working at heights of up to 15 metres (prior experience welcome but not required, however you do need to be comfortable doing this).
Providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally.
