The main responsibilities of this position are:
Provide general office administration support by:
Maintenance of the unit recruiting database.
Assist with correspondence to recruit candidates (both verbal and written) and ensure that communication is logged.
Assist with the onboarding of the new recruits.
Assist personnel in the completion of personal administrative tasks.
Act as the Point of contact for unit travel. Process all travel and accommodation bookings in accordance with MOD travel policy.
Ensure any financial losses occurred due to travel and/or accommodation booking are recorded
Assist in the assurance of individual and collective Attendance Based Pay on the Payment Processing System (PPS).
