The Role:
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between the workshop and the customer. You will:
• Welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand their needs and explain the service or repair process clearly
• Keep them informed throughout their visit
• Maintain accurate job records
• Identify and recommend additional services where appropriate
The Benefits
• £28,000–£30,000 basic salary
• Around £6,000 per year in bonuses
• Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm — no weekends
• Staff discount scheme on retail purchases and vehicle servicing
• Free onsite parking (or nearby local parking if full)
• Brand-specific training and development opportunities
• 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
The Ideal Candidate
• Essential: Previous customer service experience (any industry)
• Desirable: Automotive or trade experience
• Professional, organised, and personable
• Able to build rapport and maintain positive relationships
