Summary
Hourly Rate: £12.60 per hour, 17.5 hours
Clearance Required: Basic BDS, CIFAS Check and Credit Check
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 17:30 to 21:00
We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable and detail-focused Cleaning Operative to join our facilities team in Newcastle. If you take pride in keeping spaces spotless and safe, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:
Carry out a range of cleaning tasks to high standards
Follow daily schedules and route plans
Replenish supplies and report stock levels
Ensure all equipment is used and stored safely
Report faults, damages, or maintenance issues
Support team huddles and help improve service delivery
What We’re Looking For:
A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Great attention to detail and pride in personal presentation
Flexibility and reliability to get the job done
Health & safety awareness (training provided)
Previous cleaning experience - desirable but not essential
