Summary
Cafe Manager - Leeds
Monday - Friday 7am to 3.30pm
£31,700 per annum
We are looking for a confident, friendly, and hardworking individual to take full ownership of our café, treating it as if it were their own. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about food, service, and community, with the autonomy to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:Opening and closing the café independently
Preparing small breakfasts and snack items (basic cooking skills required)
Delivering exceptional customer service – always with a smile
Handling daily administration duties and managing stock/orders
Identifying opportunities to increase and maximise income
Communicating effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Maintaining a clean, welcoming and safe café environment
We\\'re looking for someone who is:
Confident and able to work independently – especially when lone working
Friendly and approachable, creating a warm and welcoming space for all
Hardworking and responsible, ready to take ownership of the café
Has basic food prep and cooking skills
A strong communicator with good administrative and organisational abilities
Driven to spot opportunities and maximise café potential
Experienced in delivering excellent customer service as a top priority
