Summary
Duties Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, and follow-up care. Assist in the management of chronic illnesses and promote preventative health measures. Conduct health screenings and record patient histories accurately. Administer vaccinations and medications as prescribed by physicians. Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with confidentiality regulations. Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare staff to develop effective treatment plans. Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities. Skills Strong patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards patients needs. In-depth knowledge of anatomy to provide effective assessments and interventions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and colleagues. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient care protocols. Proficient in using electronic health record systems for accurate data entry and retrieval.
