The Role:

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals, helping them achieve their goals, maintain independence, and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities of a Support Worker:

Support in accessing activities including hiking, swimming, horse riding, canal boating, dog walking, arts & crafts, music, drama and socialising with others.
Support individuals to engage in social, recreational, and educational activities.
Promote independence and encourage decision-making in all aspects of life.
Build strong, trusting relationships with the people we support, their families, and other professionals.
Ensure accurate records are maintained.
Work in-line with care plans.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.

About You:

We’re looking for support workers who are passionate about supporting others and making a difference. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided. However, the following attributes are essential:

Reliability and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
A willingness to learn and undertake relevant training.

Supplemental pay types:

On average an extra £3,490 per annum if you do one sleep a week, more if you do more sleep shifts a week
