Job Title: Regional Quality Manager – London & Surrounding Areas
Location: London and surrounding areas
Salary: Starting from £55,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

A well-renowned care organisation is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee services across London and the surrounding areas. This is a vital role within the leadership team, ensuring their homes remain compliant, safe, and centred around outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support quality assurance across multiple care homes in the region
Monitor compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
Identify areas for improvement and implement effective action plans
Provide coaching, training, and development to home managers and staff
Conduct regular audits and quality visits
Collaborate closely with operational teams to drive continuous improvement
Ensure all services maintain or exceed regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in a quality role within the care home sector
In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
Strong background in quality assurance processes and improvement plans
Experience training and developing care staff
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to influence, support, and challenge where needed
Must be a driver with access to a vehicle – travel across the region is essential
