We're working with a welcoming primary school in Bristol to recruit compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistants for part-time roles. If you thrive in inclusive,nurturing, and dynamic learning environments-and need flexibility-this could bea great fit.
Your Role Will Include:
* Providing tailored one-to-one and small group support forpupils with a range of special educational needs
* Collaborating with class teachers and SENCOs to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
* Creating a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
* Supporting pupils with communication, sensory, emotional, and behavioural needs
* Assisting with classroom organisation, resources, andinclusive learning activities
What We're Looking For:
* A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Experience working with children with SEN (in a school orother setting) - highly desirable
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification - an advantage,but not essential
