Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What will you be doing?
As our Site Manager you'll be working directly supervise a team of operatives, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
You'll conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster a collaborative work environment.
You'll monitor and manage team productivity, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
You'll be conducting regular field visits to observe surveyor performance, provide on-the-job training, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
You'll manage surveyor schedules and optimise resource allocation to maximise efficiency, address and resolve any performance issues, disciplinary matters, or conflicts within the team.
What they’ll bring
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a R&M service or metering environment.
- Strong understanding of R&M systems, repair and installation procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft packages and other devices for data capture and communication.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Technical aptitude.
