About the Role
The General Manager will take full ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of a premium hospitality venue that combines upscale dining with live entertainment. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and music, capable of maintaining operational excellence and driving an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a multi-faceted venue with high service standards across food, beverage, and live music
• Motivate and manage a passionate, professional team
• Ensure commercial success through strong cost controls, planning, and guest engagement
• Collaborate with entertainment and kitchen teams to maintain brand integrity and service consistency
• Drive forward the venue’s status as one of London’s top destinations for live music and premium dining
• Be visible and present during peak hours, particularly evenings and weekend
Ideal Candidate
• Proven experience as a senior operator in high-volume restaurants, luxury hospitality, or live music venues
• Deep understanding of both front-of-house operations and live entertainment logistics
