We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Learning Enrichment Teaching Assistant (LETA) to work closely with our Learning Enrichment Department and class teachers to support pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). The Learning Enrichment Teaching Assistant will work under the direction of the Heads of Learning Enrichment to provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with identified needs. The LETA will help pupils access the curriculum, build confidence, and make meaningful progress – both academically and emotionally – within the Prep School environment. This is a part-time role offering a great work-life balance and the chance to be part of a supportive school community.
