We are seeking a highly organised Compliance Officer to join our dedicated team. This is a new role, ideally suited to someone who thrives on detail, enjoys keeping systems running smoothly, and wants to help safeguard the operational strength and integrity of a values-led school. About the Role:As Compliance Officer, you will play a vital part in supporting the school’s leadership by ensuring that we meet our statutory and regulatory obligations across key areas including: • Safeguarding and safer recruitment
• Health and safety
• Data protection (UK GDPR)
• Independent School Standards (ISSRs)
• Inspection readiness and policy managementYou will be the go-to person for compliance matters, working closely with the Head, Bursar, and Designated Safeguarding Leads to promote a culture of best practice, accountability, and continuous improvement. This is a part-time role with flexible working hours/days, offering a great work-life balance and the chance to be part of a supportive school community.
