Summary
Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive award-winning dealer group in the Cheshire area.
Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.
Benefits:
- Basic salary in the region of £36,000 – depending on experience
- Plus Bous - realistic OTE of £42,000 (uncapped) through achievable performance bonuses
- Monday to Friday working hours, with alternate Saturdays
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Duties:
- Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
- Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
- Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
- Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
Requirements:
- Have a previous working experience within a similar role
- Strong Leadership skills
- A full and valid UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
The Salary being offered up to £36,000 with OTE £42,000.
