We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team at Ansty Business Park, Coventry (CV7 9JU) on a permanent basis. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering accurate, insightful, and timely financial information to support decision-making across a defined business area.
Reporting to a Totex Finance Business Partner, you’ll manage the monthly reporting cycle for West Midlands Network, lead budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide expert financial advice to business managers. You’ll also play a key role in improving financial processes and ensuring that all control activities are completed to a high standard.

- Experience & Skills –
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with post-qualification experience
- Proficient in SAP/BPC and advanced Excel
- Skilled in planning, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with technical and commercial teams
- Confident in challenging the norm and proposing innovative solutions
- Strong judgement, initiative, and decision-making ability
