We are seeking an experienced professional to join our ICT team. As a Business Relationship Manager, you will act as the strategic interface between ICT and our service departments, ensuring that technology solutions and services align with business needs and deliver value. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in management while contributing to the goals of service areas and the wider Council.

In this role you will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to service areas. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple departments, understanding their strategic objectives, operational challenges and digital ambitions. You will help drive innovation, improve service delivery and ensure that technology investments deliver measurable value.

You will work closely with ICT colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure ICT solutions are fit for purpose, scalable and aligned with best Council and public sector practices and values.

You will contribute service area and overall Council digital strategies, support the prioritisation of ICT projects and help shape governance processes to ensure transparency, accountability and alignment with corporate priorities and ambitions.

You will be an excellent communicator and team player with positive interpersonal attributes.

*Depending upon the needs of the service, staff in Hybrid roles will typically work from home for up to 40-60% of the time where the needs of the service can still be met.
