Summary

Warehouse Operative - Permanent Position

Location: Coventry
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:00 (some Saturdays required)

Role Summary
We are seeking a dependable and proactive Warehouse Operative to join our busy distribution centre in Coventry. This is a permanent, full-time position offering long-term career stability. Candidates with a valid Forklift Truck (FLT) license are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, check, and store incoming goods accurately
Pick and pack orders for dispatch in line with company procedures
Operate FLT equipment safely and efficiently (if licensed)
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
Assist with stock control and inventory management
Support general warehouse operations and logistics as required

Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution role
Valid FLT license (Counterbalance preferred)
Good physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Willingness to work occasional Saturdays as required
