The role

As a Breakfast Manager you will assist the Food and Beverage Manager in the day-to-day operation of the the Restaurant and delivering exceptional Brekafast service .You will pride yourself on creating an exceptional experience for our customers, ensuring that the highest level of customer care is delivered by the team.

Joining the dedicated Food and Beverage department, you will:

  • Manage breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea service across the restaurant, domes and private dining areas
  • Lead the delivery of wedding breakfasts/buffets as part of the guest experience
  • Support servicing of small conferences and events
  • Support recruitment and people management (attendance, performance, H&S, reviews, 1-2-1s, appraisals)
  • Train and develop team members in food and beverage service, barista preparation and customer care
  • Deliver high levels of customer care with warm, knowledgeable service
  • Present and serve food/beverage correctly with appropriate accompaniments
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation in all F&B areas
  • Ensure secure liquor stock control and follow strict stocktaking procedures

About you

As a Breakfast Manager, we ask that you take pride in your work and have a willingness to learn. You’ll have a real passion for food and drink, and excellent attention to detail to provide amazing service. You’ll also:

  • Experience within food and beverage, preferably at shift leader level
  • Can demonstrate an understanding of the elements that ensure the smooth running of a shift
  • Can effectively hold team meetings and 1-2-1 meetings and staff training sessions
  • Can demonstrate an ability to compile rota’s
  • Health and safety awareness
  • Competent in efficient cellar management
  • Understands how to complete a stock take and how to control stock
