Summary

Please note that this role is open to anyone over the age of 18 years old with the position start date of 8th September.

We are looking for an experienced, friendly, reliable Retail Supervisor with an eye for Merchandising and Stock organisation, for our Theme Park and Resort retail department. We have a variety of outlets, gift shops, mobile retail kiosks, themed outlets, and photo shops.

You will be expected to lead a team by example and ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day shift as well as keeping the shop well stocked, well displayed, clean, and tidy.

You are expected to be a role model in delivering exceptional guest interactions whilst
• Undertaking key holder duties
• Arranging the team rotas alongside the commercial managers
• Operating tills
• Visual Merchandising
• Stock Management
• Cash handling/card transactions
• Upselling items and promotions
• Putting away deliveries and stock liaison with our stores' department
• Daily cleaning
• Looking after our VIP guests and our Annual Pass Holders
• Sharing your Park Knowledge to answer queries from our guests

Previous retail supervisory or management experience is necessary. We will provide training on our systems and processes, but a passion for customer service and a great attitude towards learning new things is a must.

This is a seasonal position that requires you to be available to work weekends, school holidays, and Bank Holidays.

Hours will be rostered in advance. You must also be flexible to meet the peak and off-peak demands of our opening.
