Summary
Mixing Bay Operative
£14.00 per hour, weekly pay, accrued holiday pay
Leeds, LS10
Full Time, Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm & Friday 8am to 4pm
Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our Leeds based manufacturing client to recruit a Mixing Bay Operative on a temporary ongoing basis. This role could become permanent for the right candidate.
Working in a fast paced production environment, previous experience of mixing chemicals or following recipes on an industrial scale is desirable but full training will be given.
Duties of role:
· Manufacturing industrial coatings to the highest specifications
· Following recipes and methods correctly
· Recording all the required information
· Ensuring all health & safety procedures are adhered to
· Ensuring all quality standards are achieved
· Maintaining good housekeeping
· Stock rotation of raw materials and finished product
· Some manual handling up to 25kg
Person specification:
· Previous experience of mixing chemicals or following recipes on an industrial scale is desirable but not essential
· Reliable with a strong work ethic
· You will need to be numerate, literate and pay close attention to detail
· Have a good understanding of weighing and measurement
· Counterbalance forklift truck licence is essential
