Hours: Full Time - 37 hours per week

Salary: £35,234 - £38,316 (£18.31 - £19.92 per hour)

Turning Point Scotland’s Service in Dumfries & Galloway is seeking a natural leader to join us in a role that is challenging, rewarding, and far from routine. As a Service Co-ordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting adults with a wide range of needs—offering person-centred, 1:1 support and working collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.

You’ll take on a leadership role across our services in Castle Douglas, Newton Stewart, and Kirkcudbright, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, individualised care.

About the Role

As Service Coordinator, you will:

Provide practical and emotional support tailored to individuals’ needs & personal goals
Encourage service users to engage in meaningful activities, maintain good physical & mental health and wellbeing, and be active members of their community
Work alongside the Service Manager to lead the development and sustainability of our services
Promote a culture of inclusion, safety, and empowerment
Support staff development and ensure effective team working

Please note that a driving licence and use of a car is essential for this position and that IT skills are required for all our vacancies. Where applicable, successful candidates will be required to register with the SSSC within 3 months of start date.
