Summary
Job Title- Asset Surveyor
Location- Chester
Pay rate- £17.50-£18.50 p/h
Are you an asset surveyor with experience of working on social housing properties?
We are working with an established housing association that are looking for an asset surveyor to undertake stock condition and property inspections across their housing stock in Chester.
This will have no fixed office, and will therefore be classed as home based when not on site.
As an asset surveyor, you will;
- Conduct stock condition and property inspections
- Produce reports with work specifications
- Coordinate and maintenance relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service when necessary to residents
This is an ongoing contract likely to run into the new year.
