Summary
Assist in the preparation of theatre environments, ensuring all equipment and instruments are clean, sterile, and ready for use. Support patients before, during, and after surgery, providing reassurance and compassionate care. Undertake clinical observations and basic diagnostic tests , blood pressure, temperature, pulse Assist with patient positioning and transfers, using appropriate manual handling techniques and equipment. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to patient records. Ensure infection prevention and control standards are upheld at all times. Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth running of theatre lists and patient flow. Participate in emergency response situations as required. Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and departments. Uphold patient dignity, comfort, and confidentiality at all times. Were committed to your growth.
