Randstad Student Support seeks a dedicated Specialist Mentor to provide individualized support to neurodiverse learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized support plans.
- Provide high-quality mental health guidance.
- Collaborate with support staff.
- Guide and support students, fostering their growth.
Requirements
- Relevant professional body registration (BACP, BPS, HCPC, etc.).
- Experience supporting students' mental health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A bachelor's degree is advantageous.
