Job Title: Support Worker – Full Time (Day Shifts with Additional Sleep-ins)
Location: Northwich
Salary: £12.30 to £12.60 per hour plus sleep-in allowance
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Join Our Team – Make Every Day Matter
Do you have a passion for helping others and making a real difference in someone’s life?
We are seeking warm, enthusiastic, and committed Support Workers to join our friendly care team. This is more than simply a job – it is an opportunity to be part of a service that values compassion, teamwork, and the belief that every person should be able to live the life they choose.
In this rewarding role, you will be supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, helping them to develop skills, build confidence, and enjoy fulfilling lives.

Main Responsibilities
No two days are the same, and that is what makes this role so rewarding. Your duties may include:
• Supporting independence, from helping with daily routines to encouraging the development of new skills.
• Accompanying service users to activities, clubs, appointments, or day trips.
• Helping to create enjoyable daily experiences, such as cooking, social events, or outings.
• Providing personal care with dignity, respect, and sensitivity.
• Offering emotional support and encouragement.
• Administering medication
What We Offer
• Competitive pay, plus a generous sleep-in allowance.
• Paid training from the first day of employment.
• Ongoing professional development, including recognised qualifications.
• A supportive and friendly team environment.
• A varied and rewarding working day with opportunities to make a meaningful difference.

Person Specification
Experience in care is not essential as full training will be provided. We are looking for individuals who have:
• A genuine desire to help others live independent and fulfilling lives.
• Patience, understanding, and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work a combination of day shifts and sleep-ins, including some weekends.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• The ability to pass an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Working Pattern
• Full-time hours with a guaranteed rota.
• Day shifts plus additional sleep-in shifts on a rotational basis.
• Flexible scheduling with advance notice to support a healthy work-life balance.
How to Apply
If you are ready to join a supportive team where you are valued and encouraged to grow, please apply via Indeed or send your curriculum vitae to register@scegroup.co.uk
