✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✅ Previous UK classroom experience (we welcome ECTs!)
✅ Be a subject specialist in your chosen subject
✅ An active DBS on the Update Service
✅ Passion for teaching and the ability to hit the ground running
