Summary
Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
Support residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring proper handling techniques are used to maintain their safety at all times.
Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper hydration.
Accurately document all care provided, update care plans as needed, and promptly report any concerns to senior staff.
Participate in training and development as required.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Ensure dignity, respect, and privacy are maintained at all times.
