The Opportunity: Graduate SEN Support Assistant –

Position: Graduate SEN Support Assistant
Location: Notting Hill, West London
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, term-time only
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Duration: Until July 2026 (with potential extension)
Pay: Up to £540/week (depending on experience)

Your Responsibilities: Graduate SEN Support Assistant –

• Providing 1:1 support to pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning differences
• Assisting teachers with differentiated classroom activities
• Supporting small group interventions in literacy, numeracy, and emotional development
• Working alongside the SENCO and pastoral team to monitor progress and set goals
• Helping to create a calm, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment

We’re Looking For: Graduate SEN Support Assistant –

• A graduate with a 2:1 or above in Psychology, Education, or related subject
• A natural communicator with compassion, patience, and emotional intelligence
• Experience working with children/young people (e.g. mentoring, volunteering, tutoring)
• A team-oriented individual who’s eager to learn and contribute
• Resilience, positivity, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
