About the Role
As a Living Wall Installer, you'll be part of a small team installing both internal and external living walls across a range of sites—primarily in London, with travel across the UK. This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction or cladding systems, who is happy working at height.
You'll also support our maintenance team between installations, helping to ensure the continued health and performance of our living walls.
Key Responsibilities
-Install external and internal living wall systems, including BioPanel and PlantBox
-Installation of irrigation systems
-Follow site safety procedures and work in line with risk assessments
-Deliver high standards of workmanship on every job
-Support the maintenance team between projects
What We're Looking ForEssential:
-Construction experience
-Comfortable working at height and on active construction sites
-Practical, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
-Willingness to travel, with some overnight stays and early starts
-Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Desirable (training can be provided):
-Experience installing living walls or rain screen cladding systems
-Knowledge of horticulture and irrigation systems
-CSCS, IPAF and PASMA certification
-Full UK driving license
