Summary
Position: Customer Service Planner & Access
Location: Mitie TSOC - Manchester - Wythenshawe - Atlas Business Park - Pacific House
Role: Full Time, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours
Are you looking for your next opportunity?
We at Mitie are looking for Customer Service Planners and Access to join our team based from our Manchester TSOC office, with the option to work as a hybrid role.
Role responsibilities:
-Assigning and completing all Engineer work schedules,
-Use standard times and scheduling tools to aid the completion of all PPMs within the month,
-You will be responsible to plan jobs for success in a timeframe directed by the demand lead,
-Ensure all Access is cleared,
-Ensure the Engineer's with the right skill set is booked for the jobs assigned,
- Spares required are noted & ensuring any risk to planning to the timeline required is flagged to the Demand Lead.
-Possible escalating for support where Access prevents success, ensuring any changes are completed to prevent failed engineer time,
-Work closely with the OM for support on Engineer planning and the Demand Lead to keep all RW raised within SLA
What does our ideal candidate look like?
-Attention to detail
-Extremely Organisation and excellent time keeping
-I.T literate with experience with Microsoft office packages, using spreadsheets
-An understanding of supply chain & basic planning processes ie ordering, production, delivery,
-Knowledge of Maximo or similar CAFM system is desirable
