Summary
As a Lead IT Service Manager, you are responsible for the technical management of a range of systems and service integrations, necessary to maintain and evolve the CPS Case Management systems, both from an infrastructure and a software development lifecycle point of view. The key challenge will be to evolve our internal capability to create future proofed tools for our users, whilst ensuring the existing operational systems continue to function reliably.
