We’re now looking for a Branch Supervisor to join the team at our Wellingborough branch. As a Branch Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the management team to ensure that the branch is run efficiently by a highly motivated team who are focused on brilliant customer service as well as growing sales & margin.


What you’ll be doing:


Growing and developing business opportunities with new and existing customers
Supporting and mentoring your team to unlock their full potential
Providing an outstanding and welcoming service to every customer
Taking responsibility for stock ordering and displays across the store
