Summary

We are seeking to fill a key post in the Lifeline Service- part of the Independent Living service. You will be installing and programming lifeline and assistive tech into local peoples homes, and connecting this to the 24hr, 7 day a week alarm receiving call centre for lifeline service , providing safety and security to the people of Hull whom require this service.
The role includes;

Being first point of contact for referrals and providing advice and information .
Visiting people in their own homes and installing a lifeline and assistive technology equipment for all client groups including elderly and other vulnerable people.


Taking confidential information including handling bank details and payments.


Maintaining accurate records and information using computers and various software programmes including NEC, SAAS 3 and Liquid logic.


To providing maintenance and monitoring visits to lifeline users in their own homes to ensure equipment is in good working order.
To check on customers well being and liaise and refer to other agencies if and when necessary and have a good understanding of safeguarding Adults and children


To maintain and control all in coming and out going stock.


Check and monitor lifeline accounts which have fallen into arrears.


You should have good verbal and written communication skills, and a good level of IT and basic computer use.
The ability to work on your own initiative, and as a team and be flexible to meet needs of the service.


Possession of a full driving licence is essential as you are required to drive a council vehicle for this role
