Summary
Management of the reception/care navigation team ensuring the smooth running of the Practice Reception department, providing line management and HR support to members of your team Supporting staff members through training and recognising and utilising the skills and experience of the team Management of the Practice IT equipment, including problem solving, clinical reporting, management of the telephone systems etc. Promoting the reception department and all extended services available to our patients Rotas, availability and allocation changes. Including locums and setting up clinics. Dealing with complaints in line with the practices policies and procedures Ensuring adequate staffing, planning and annual leave
