Our client, a long-standing and highly valued partner in Chelmsford, is seeking a Managment Accontant to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities

Lead and support system implementations to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.

Reconcile staff costs and track project profitability, delivering accurate analysis to inform business strategy.

Prepare and manage general management accounts, ensuring high levels of accuracy.

Collaborate closely with operational teams to translate financial data into actionable insights.

Uphold robust financial controls and compliance procedures.
About You

Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and strong analytical skills.

Commercially astute with the confidence to influence and advise stakeholders.

Adaptable, proactive, and motivated to develop new skills.

Construction experience a plus — but not essential with the right mindset and willingness to learn.

Working Arrangements
