We’re looking for a Belonging Coordinator to join our People Partnering team and help bring Mencap’s 2030 strategy to life. This is a key coordination role, reporting to the Strategic People Lead for Belonging, and supporting the delivery of our Belonging priorities across the organisation.

You’ll work closely with our Belonging Networks and teams across Mencap, helping to embed equity, inclusion, and belonging into everything we do. Whether it’s supporting campaigns, organising learning activities, or ensuring communication flows smoothly, you’ll play an important part in creating a culture where colleagues can thrive.
