Summary
We are looking for an experiencedleaderto jointhe teamas Service Manager for our Imaging and Cancer Services.
You will work with our clinical teams across Imaging and Cancer Services, leading and supporting our teams to transform and deliver services for our patients. You will provide day to day operational support to our Imaging and Cancer Services Care Units, supporting our clinical teams to deliver the best possible care to our patients. You will work closely with the Improvement team and Performance team to deliver improvements in both Imaging and Cancer care across the Trust. The role will support the Lead Cancer Clinician, Lead Cancer Nurse, Head of Imaging and General Manager to manage projects, implement initiatives and drive forward changes. The Service Manager will also provide some operational support to the wider division and deputise for the General Manager when necessary.
The post holder will be responsible for leading on and delivering success across a number of key programmes within the Division. These programmes will be essential in ensuring that the Division can deliver its primary objectives and targets over the years and will encompass a range of topics including productivity and efficiency, transformation, clinical effectiveness, quality and workforce succession planning.
